Business is dissolved, can my information be erased?

We believe the public interest in a company’s information does not cease with the dissolution of that company. The processing of personal data continues to be necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected, namely ensuring the transparency of the corporate world (and a director’s history). There are many reasons why it would still be in the public interest to publish information about a company even after its dissolution.

You should contact the registry if you wish for your information to be removed from the public records, as we do not have the power to change the official record, nor to decide which information is part of the public record.
